We purchased two UV LED curing chambers from the factory for the assembly of endoscopes and hearing aids. The highly uniform UV light intensity eliminates common problems such as uneven heating and inconsistent curing depth. Surface adhesion is excellent. We are very satisfied.

The UV chamber has a sturdy structure, and the fan is very quiet. Continuous use several hours, the internal temperature was well controlled, with no burning smell or overheating, which is sufficient for our sample tests.
